Councilmem.ber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 507
APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO METROPOLITAN CGUNCIL PLANNING ASSISTANCE GRANT
APPLICATION (CONTRACT N0. 7849) AND REQUESTING DISBURSEMENT OF 1980-1981
PLANNING ASSISTANCE GRANT FIENDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has executed an agreement with the Metropolitan
Council (Contract No. 7649) retarding Local Planning Assistance Grant Funds
for the preparation of the Comprehens+ve Plan required by the Metropolitan
Land Planning Act; and,
WHEREAS, City Council approved the original Local Planning Assistance Grant
application under Resolution No. 77-568 and the first amendment to the grant
agreement under Resolution No. 79-128; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINfi£SOTA, teat it should and hereby does approve the amended Local
Planning Assistance Grant Application (Contract No. 7849) and authorizes the
administrative staff to apply to the Metropolitan Council for $20,474.00 in
1980-1981 grant funds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�qungilmembeChrCin�� , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt.
