Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
17th day of August , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Counci'mem ers Hoy -l—, -Neils, Schneider and ThreinerL
The following menners were absent. none
_ Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 504-A
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR
SOMERSET HOMES, INCORPORATED (81038)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation or Lots 12 and
13, Block 4, of the Elmhurst Addition and a division of the parcel into two
new parcels;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following
conditions to be met prior to filing the property consolidation/division
with Hennepin County:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied for Parcel B.
3. No building permit to be issued until the consolidation/division
is filed with Hennepin County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing lot
consolidation/division with Hennepin County.
5. Variance approved for lot area only; the dimension variance shall
be eliminated by adjusting the lot line one foot to the south.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing kesolution was duly seconded by
�quncilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dave ort. Counrilmembers Hoyt
Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an -Ropted. .
