Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmcmber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 81-503
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR UPSHER-SMITH LABORATORIES AT 14905
23RD AVENUE NORTH (A-696)
WHEREAS, Upsher-Smith Laboratories has requested approval of a site plan
amendment for an approximate 12,000 sq. ft. addition to their existing
building located at 14905 23rd Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I"; HEREBY R�,SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it sjould and hereby does approve the request of
Opsher-Smith Laboratoriesi..ir girt approximate 12,000 sq. ft. addition to
their existing building a,, 1490s 23rd Avenue North subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure
and no outside storage is permitted.
3. Location of .fine lanes and hyrants per City Code. Allowing the
moving of the fire lane 5 feet west and deleting the addition of
a fire hydrant.
4. Submission of required financial guarantee for completion of
site improvements termed for 24 -months.
5. All areas rot otherwise improved, in accordance with approved site
plans or identified as future parking shall be sodded; existing
planted areas disturbed by construction shall be seeded and mowed
regularly.
6. Compliance with Ordinance curbing reguirements for new driving and
parking areas.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
