Pursuant to Niue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of August, 19 81. The following members wgre
present: DavenportCouncilmem ers HO—YT; Neils, Schneider and Threinen

movr.mQer Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-501
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LITTON MICROWAVE COOKING FOR OUTSIDE INCINERATOR AT
1405 XENIUM LANE (A-527)
WHEREAS, Litton Microwave has requested approval of a site plan amendment
for an accessory use, an incinerator which would be located on the north
side of the existing building within the fenced security area at 1405 Xenium
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site plan amendment for
Litton Microwave for an accessory use, an incinerator which would be located
on the north side of the existing building within the fenced security area at
1405 Xenium Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. The operation shall comp'y with Pollution Control Agency
permits and regulations.
2. The incinerator shall be used by the Litton Company for disposal
of products generated on this site only.
3. There shall be no peripheral outside storage. All waste and waste
containers shall be stored within the building.
4. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
5. Appropriate building codes and requirements shall be complied with
prior to installation of the incinerator.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun�ilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo JN�yor D venport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
