Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,iM'nne,ota was heTff on the
17th day of August , 1981 . The following members were
Present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyte -Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
kESOLUTION NO. 81- 500
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR WAYZATA EVANGELICAL FREE
CHURCH LOCATED AT 705 NORTH HIGHWAY 101 (A-555)
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Evangelical Free Church has requested approval of a
conditional use site plan amendment to allow expansion of their existing
parking lot to the west of their property located at 705 North Highway 101;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request
of Wayzata Evangelical Free Church for conditional use site plan amendment
to allow expansion of their existing parking lot to the west of their
property located at 705 North Highway 101, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum, except
that bituminous curbing will be allowed at the north side
line of the parking lot.
2. Submission of required financial guarantees for completion of
the site improvements termed for 24 months.
3. All shrubs and plantings displaced by new parking lot construction
shall be relocated or replaced in kind to adjacent yard areas.
4. Requiring the parking lot and driveways to be constructed to a
5 -ton standard.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favorthereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
