Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
10th day of Au ust 19 81. The following members were

Coundilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-495
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
DUNKIRK LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT - PROJECT 003
WHEREAS, a resolution was adopted the 20th day of July, 1981 fixing a date for
a public hearing with respect to street improvements on Dunkirk Lane from a point
2200 feet south of County Road 47 to a point 610 feet more or less, north of the
Soo Line Railroad; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a two lane rural road-
way, including grading, gravel base, drainage facilities and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 3rd day
of August, 1981, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted July 20, 1981.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improve-
ment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmembeC Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol lowing voted in favor Thereof : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
