moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 490
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Mustafa Yildiz, 2725 E. Johnson, Madison, Wisconsin,
for the sale of oriental carpets at the Radisson Inn Plymouth on August 9,
1981, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Mustafa Yildiz for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o ow ng voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and
Schneider
