Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetine of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was herT on the
3rd day of August 1981. The following members were
present. a or Daven or ounce mem ers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Threinen
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 484
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LISHTING - OAKDALE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 3, 1981, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
Oakdale I -st Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and tnes- reports were received by the Council on August 3, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED QY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted August 3, 1981. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City _ngineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
