Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
3rd day of August %19 81. The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 483
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET L'HTING - AMHURST AND AMHURST 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 20, 1981, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
Amhurst and Amhurst 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and these reports were received by the Council on August 3, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the imprc�,aments.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted July 20, 1981. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those imprnvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
