Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet-irp of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of August 1981 . The following members werF

RESOLUTION NO. 81- 480
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 103
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 3, 1981, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following
improvements:
1. Ridgemount Ave. from Forestview Lane to Magnolia Lane
2. Ridgemount Junior High Fire Loop
by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 24th day of i,ugust, 1981, in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in tine official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the
total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice
to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci_lmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
