The following members were ng memoers were aosent: Councilmember ho t introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-479 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 002 VICKSBURG LANE WYEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 3, 1981, the City Clerk pas directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: I. Vicksburg Lane from County Road F to Trunk Highway 55 by t"e instal ation of watermain laterals, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 24th day of August, 1981, in the City Council Chambers of the PLymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to ue heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at ileast two weeks prior to the hearing. and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CRun,ci membe Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted innravor ereo T: Mayor Davenport, CoAncilmembers Hoyt and Schneider The following voted against orabstained; none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed -and adopted.
