Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he—Td on the
3rd day of August , 1981. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Threinen
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 008
PIKE LA;;E AREA SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 3, 1981, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following
improvement:
1. The installation of the Pike Lake Interceptor Sewer from the existing
lift station near 60th Ave. and Goldenrod Lane (Point 31 on the Compre-
hensive Sewer Plan) easterly approximately 3700 feet and watermain on
County Road 10 from Deerwood Lane to Revere Lane
by the installation of watermain lateral and trunk facilities, sanitary sewer laterals
and trunk facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assesment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. A hearing shall be held on the 24th day of August, 1981, in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and
at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve-
ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost
of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given
to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci member Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
