The following members were pros— e°�a or Dave—n—or ounce mem ors Ho.t and Schneider The follo-wi-nTmembers were a sent: ounci mem ers Neils and Threinen Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 472 SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION.OF ACCESS TO MEDICINE LAKE WHEREAS, the City Council has received requests from the property owners adjacent to the public access to Medicine Lake at 28th Avenue and Evergreen Lane; and WHEREAS, the property owners are requesting that this access either be restricted or closed for public use; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to obtain public comment before taking any action on the proposed request; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of September 8, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said temporary closing of the public access to Medicine Lake at 28th Avenue and Evergreen Lane and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing. The motion for the adopticn of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. rte,► �* +rw*
