Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,inneso a was -held on the
3rd day of August , 14 81 . The following members were
present: mayor Davenport, Councilmembers o t and Schneider
Councilmember Hoyt; introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-470
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF
THE FINAL REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR THOMAS HUMPHREY (81008)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Registered Land Survey for
Thomas Humphrey;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following
conditions to be met prior to filing and regarding the approval of the Final
Registered Land Survey for Thomas Humphrey.
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as
approved by the City Engineer.
3. Designation of Tract C as an outlot.
4. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of land dedication
for future lots when they are final platted shall be in
accordance with City Park Dedication Policy in effect at the
time of filing.
5. No priva'e drive access onto County Road 15, including
Tract A, should present drive be amended, or should the
tract be subject to further subdivision.
6. The minimum yard setbacks for yards abutting future County Road
15 shall be per Ordinance.
7. No yard variances are granted or implied.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tol lowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and
Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
