Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, ff nnesota was held on the
3rd day of August , 19 81-. The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: ounci mem ers Neils`and Threinen
Councilmeipber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 469
APPROVING FINAL REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR THOMAS HUMPHREY FOR LAND IN THE
SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF PINEVIEW LANE AND FUTURE COUNTY ROAD 15. (81008)
WHEREAS, Thomas Humphrey has requested approval of a Final Registered Land
Survey for approximately 30 acres which includes two existing single family
dwellings located in the southwest quadrant of Pineview Lane and future
County Road 15; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request and has recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Registered
Land Survey for Thomas Humphrey for approximately 30 acres of land located in
the southwest quadrant of Pineview Lane and future County Road 15 consisting
of three tracts and one outlot.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and
Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
