Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
'Ard day ofAugUst 19 81 The following members
were present: Ma or Davenport, ounce members Hoy -F —and Schneider
The following members were absent: ounce mem ers Neils and 1hreinen
Co n ilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-47
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON
1982 - 1986 FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
AND REVENUE SHARING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a 1982 - 1986 Capital Improvements
Program and Revenue Sharing Budget; and
WHEREAS, said proposed budgets have been recommended by the staff; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to obtain public comments before final
adoption of the budgets;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
August 24, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard as the time and place for the public hearing
on the 1982 -1986 Five Year Capital Improvements Program and Revenue Sharing
Budget and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt and
Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
