Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was h -e d on the
3rd day of August 19 81 . The following members
10 were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers Hoyt'ana Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Threinen
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-466
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON
1982 - 1986 FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
AND 1982 CITY BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a 1982 - 1986 Capital Improvements
Program and 1982 City Budgets; and
WHEREAS, said proposed budgets have been recommended by the staff; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to obtain public comments before final
adoption of the budgets;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
August 17, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevarj as the time and place for the public hearing
on the 1982 - 1986 Five Year Capital Improvements Program and 1982 City
budgets and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember S hn i , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Toillowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, rn„nrilmmbe rs Hoyt
and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopte
