Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of July , 19 81 . The following members
were present:maXpr Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.81-464
APPOINTING PLANNING COMMISSION LIAISON TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, Laurence Larson has resigned as liaison member to the Board of
Zoning Adjustment and Appeals from the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David L. Pauba replace Laurence
Larson;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0'r PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that David L. Pauba be appointed to the Board of Zoning Adjustment
and Appeals for a term expiring January 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof:- Mayor Davenport, Councilmember Hoyt. Neils.
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
