Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
Nth day of _ July '19 81 . The following members
were present:�ynr Davenport. Councilmembers Tle
Hovt,—ils, Schneider and Threinen
the following members were absent: none
liovt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 -463
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants
License has been received from Frances Fabian De Moss, Fabian Seafood
Company, 275 County Road 19, Maple Plain, Minnesota and Galveston, Texas,
to sell fresh Shrimp at the Deep Rock Service Station, 11201 Highway 55
in the City of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19,
Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Frances Fabian De Moss for
Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License is approved for a
period from July 21, 1981 through December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun i memb r Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof :_Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils Sqhneider and Threinen
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
