Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
,20th ' day of Jul , 19 81 . The following members were present:Mayor Davenport, ounce me ers Hoy -f—, -Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following_ members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 462
GARBAGE HAULERS LICNESE
WHEREAS, application for Garbage Haulers License has been received from:
Robbinsdale Transfer Co.
5232 Hanson Court
Crystal, Minnesota
The above application was received in accordance with Chapter VI, Section
600.01 of the Plymouth City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Garbage Haulers License be approved for the
above applicant for the period ending March 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor We -re -o: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt.
Neil and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
