Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
20th day of July , 19_U. The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-460
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - BURL OAKS 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc.
requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Burl
Oaks 3rd Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Burl Oaks 3rd Addition by
the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the
City Council on July 20, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration
is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hogt_
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
