Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the r
20th day of Jult , 19 81• The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The following mem ers were a sent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 457
CORRECT LAND SURVEYOR'S ERROR IN CRITERION MPUD PLAT
WHEREAS, Egan, Field and Nowak, Inc. prepared the final plat for the Criterion
MPUD filed on September 17, 1979 in the Office of the County Recorder, Hennepin
County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, errors have been discovered in the dimension of the south line of Outlot
G on said plat; and
WHEREAS, the surveyor has prepared a Certificate of Correction to the plat of
Criterion MPUD;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the attached land surveyor's Certificate of Correction to the plat
of the Criterion MPUD dated June 29, 1981 by Vern A. Nickols, Registered Land
Surveyor, is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Name of Plat: CRITERION M.P.U.D.
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 505.174 Laws of Minnesota, 1957, Vernon A.
Nickols, the undersigned, a Registered Land Surveyor in and for the State of
Minnesota, declares as follows:
1. That Egan, Field & Nowak, Inc. prepared the plat of CRITERION M.P.U.D.
filed on September 17, 1979 in the office of the County Recorder,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. That said plat contains errors, ommissions, or defects in the following
particulars, to wit:
That the South line of Outlot G has a distance of 418.71 feet.
That the total distance of the South line of said plat has a dis-
tance of 1673.13 feet.
That the Easterly extension of the South line of said plat from
the Southeast corner of Outlot G to the East line of the West
Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15,
Township 118, Range 22 has a distance of 255.07 feet, said dis-
tance shown also in the R/W DETAIL.
3. That said plat is hereby corrected in the following particulars, to wit:
That the South line of Outlot G should be corrected to read 418.19
feet.
That the total distance of the South line of said plat should be
corrected to read 1672.61 feet.
That the Easterly extension of the South line of said plat from
the Southeast corner of Outlot G to the East line of the West
Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15,
Township 118, Range 22 should be corrected to read 155.56 feet,
said distance should also be corrected on the R/W DETAIL.
