Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of July , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hc;;—t. Neils. Schneider and ThreineD.
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-456
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 78-632, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 116; Pinetree Pond Stora Water
Outlet Improvement, in the amount of $209.75/acre, and
WHEREAS, certain property owners appealed the cost per acre for the above
mentioned storm sewer, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has now reached an agreement with said property
owners to assess the property in the amount of $53.00/acre;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the assessments be reduced to the following amounts as they
apply to each parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the re,lainder of
years and at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 7091 with the
first installment payable on or before the first Monday in January 1982.
3. That the City is to reimburse to the affected property owners the
difference between the new and old rate of assessment for all prior
year installments plus interest at the rate of 8% per year that
have been paid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
