Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
20th day of July 19_1. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport.
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Ho - t introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-455
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 002
VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated July 2, 1981, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc., has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $145,666.44 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 002.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt_ Nail
Schneider and Threinen
The following vote against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
