Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he7d on the
20th day of July 19 81. The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Thr inen .
The following memDers were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-454
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 012
PUMPHOUSE NO. 6
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following_ changes
to Pumphouse No. 6 Improvement:
1. Raise air and vacuum valve.
2. Install 10 kilowatt heater.
3. Move sump pump discharge outlet.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 012 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. i for Project 012 adding $1,392.93 is approved
and the original contract price of $162,300.00 is revised to $163,692.93.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vo n avor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passR and adopted.
