Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was —heTd Ton

present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Ho7t7 Neils Schneider and Threinen.
The following members were absent: none
Co ncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-452
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS - SHELTERS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 has been prepared providing the following changes to
the Community P-layfields Improvements, Shelters:
1. Deduct for late completion of LaCompte shelter.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 for Project 017, Shelters, is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT;' OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 6 for Project 017, Shelters, deducting $250.00
is approved and the previous contract price of $317,300.54 is revised to $317,050.54.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
