Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was RUTon the

Coun�ijmeber HQvt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-449
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE LETTER OF CREDIT FOR HUNDER DENTAL CLINIC
(79038)
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for the Hunder Dental Clinic located at 1025 Evergreen Lane
North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 79-547; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of Five Thousand ($5,000) dollars;
and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had
been accomplished, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release of
the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Letter of Credit in the amount of five thousand ($5,000) dollars which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for the Hunder Dental Clinic located
at 1025 Evergreen Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Schneider and Threinen
