Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of July _, 19 81. The following members were
present: M or Davenport Co ncilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The frilowin�' g members were absent: none
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 446
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 123
PLYMOUTH CREEK IMPROVEMENTS - 26TH AVE. TO I-494
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted May 18, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Plymouth Creek from 26th Avenue to I-494, including Ponds
BC-Plla, b and c; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of street crossings, outlet
control sturcture, channel cleanout and all necessary apprutenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on July 20, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the report be referred to the City Council Assessment Committee
for a recommendation on financing the proposed improvements.
3. That Alternate No. 2 is accepted and the report shall be revised to
show only Alternate No. 2.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Tollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmember! Hoyt, Neils—
§Qhneiger and JhreiQen
The following vote against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
