Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _s meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneso a was Td on the
20th day of July , 19 81 . The following members were
present: Ivor r Davenport. Co uncilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the followir�i Resnittion and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-443
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "WESTRIDGE ESTATES 4th
ADDITION" FOR LARRY LAUKKA ASSOCIATES (A-745)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Westridge Estates 4th Addition" as requested by Larry Laukka Associates
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of all required utility and drainage easements as approved
by the City Engineer.
3. No building permit to be issued until the final plat is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County.
4. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance
with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the final plat;
credit for paving of the trail shall be made in accordance with
current Park Dedication Policy.
5. The appropriate number of blocks shall be identified on the final
plat graphics.
6. Submittal of approved trail easement at Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, as
approved by the City Engineer.
7. The Development Contract shall be revised at item 13.1 to provide for
appropriate credit for trail paving.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ile , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -passed -and adopted.
