Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
7th day of July , 1981 . The following members
were present:_Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, fleils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-440
SETTING CITY MANAGER'S COMPENSATION FOR 1981
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's present compensation
and performance and, as a result of that review, believes that an adjustment
is warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Manager's compensation be increased by 10.5% effective
May 1, 1981 to the amount of
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider & Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
