Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
7th day of July 19t The following members were
present: Mayor a4aen
The follow % members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 439
GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE APPROVAL
WHEREAS, application for Garbage Haulers License have been received from
Crosstown Sanitation, Inc., P.O. Box 12, Excelsion, Mn. and Town & Country
Sanitation, P.O. Box 137, Delano, Mn. in accordance with Chapter VI, Section
600.01 of the Plymouth City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Garbage Haulers License for Crosstown
Sanitation, Inc. and Town & Country Sanitation be approved for the period
ending March 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember S , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followln Voted n ravor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hovt,
Neil? and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
