Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of July , 19 81• The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmambers Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-438
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSE FOR 1981
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from A & J
Enterprises for Buhler-Miag, 1100 Xenium Lane, in accordance with Chapter
XI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Cigarette License application from A & J
Enterprises for Buhler-Miag, 1100 Xenium Lane be approved for the period
July 8, 1981 through December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport_ Cnun rilmPmhPrc NPi1c.
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained; none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
