HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-436CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of . the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the y 7th day of July , 19 81. The following members were present: 7'layor Davenport, ounce mem ers Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following—members were absent: CKNF member Hoy Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81— 436 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WEST RIDGE ESTATES THIRD ADDITION (A-745) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 10, 1980, Laukka and Associates, Inc., Developer of West Ridge Estates Third Addition (A-745), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT Street Construction $ 50,125 Sanitary Sewer 58,373 Watermain 67,207 Storm Sewer 5,657 Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 12,000 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- Street Signs 150 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 Erosion Control 2,000 Site Grading & Drainage Impmts. 30,000 Private Streets, Driveways & Parking Areas 22,500 Design, Admn., Insp., As-Builts 29,941 TOTALS $279,453 NE14 AMOUNT $28,679 2,919 3,360 283 8,000 -0- 150 1,500 2,000 3,000 14,000 7,667 $71,558 That the Letter of Credit required be reduced from $221,884 to $71,558 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coungilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Thj:�Jnen 1e following voted against Orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
