HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-435CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino_ of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of July 1981 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Courcilmembers Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 435 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK (79025) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 13, 1980, Rembrandt Enterprises, Hew -Lynn, Hegerman Distributors, Developer of Plymouth Office Commercial Park (79025), agreed to install certain improvements for said develop- ment; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements be reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 153,208 $ 153,208 Sanitary Sewer 37,765 3,777 Watermain 65,846 6,585 Storm Sewer 71,561 7,156 Boulevard & Drainage Swale Sod 5,500 5,500 Pond or Ditch Construction 3,000 3,000 Street Signs 450 450 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 1,500 Maintenance of Erosion Control 11000 11000 Site Grading & Drainage Imprvmts 70,000 7,000 Park & Trail Improvements 7,468 7,468 Design, Admn., Insp., As-Builts 50,076 23,597 TOTALS $ 467,374 $ 220,241 That the Letter of Credit required be reduced from $467,374 to $220,241 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted to favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Threinen TFW7511owing voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
