Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special 'PFtino of
the City Counc4l of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he de -n the
7th day of ;uly 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following members wenn absent: Counc mem er Hoyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 434
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION RIDGE 3RD ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 8, 1976, Lundgren
Bros. Construction, Inc. Developer of Mission Ridge 3rd Addition (A-338), has
agreed to install certain imorovenents for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $2,645 be further reduced
to $0 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter are
accepted as of July 7, 1981 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee
by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote beingg taken thereon, the
following votedn favor reo : Mayor Davenport, being
Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
