Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held` on the
7th day of July , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION P;O. 81- 429
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION HILLS PARK 2ND ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated August 23, 1976, Mission
West Development Corporation, Developer of Mission Hills Park 2nd Addition (A-338), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $4,600 be further reduced
to $0 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter are
accepted as of July 7, 1981 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee
by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas-s—ed and adopted.
