the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTF on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-422
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE G
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated July 1, 1981, for Perkins Landscape
Contractors, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 6 in the amount of $28,328.81 to Perkins Landscape Contractors for
seeding and sodding at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
