CITY OF PLYMOUTH
to due call and notice thereof, a spE_ial meeting of
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
day of July , 19 81. The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 421
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
WELL NO. 5 - PUMP40USE
PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated June 24, 1981, for A & K Construction,
Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department be authorized to amek payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $2,565.66 to A & K Construction, Inc. for
Project 812.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci member Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor reo : Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils.
Schngider and Thr inen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
