Pursuant to due call and notice thereof.. a special meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of July 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor David Davenport, Councilmembers Neils Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 419
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 606
PARKERS LAKE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
PART A
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for numerous miscellaneous
changes in the plans for the Parkers Lake Improvement Project, Part A; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 606, Part A,is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 606, Part A, by adding $34,806 is
approved and the original rnntract price of $362,290 is revised to $397,096.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor there -o : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and 'rhreinen
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted-.
