Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
7th day of Jul , 19 81. The following members were
present. fa or Davenport, ounce mem ers Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-418
AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
SEAL COATING TO WEED MOWING AND TREE TRIMMING
1981 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the adopted 1981 budget does not include adequate funds for weed mowing
and tree trimming within City street right-of-ways, and
WHEREAS, funds to conduct these programs are available within the seal coating
budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that $7,000 is tranferred from the sealcoating fund (101-172-810) to
weed mowing (101-124-810) and $1,000 is transferred from sealcoating (101-172-810)
to tree trimming (101-172-810).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
