Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nneso a was held on the
7th day of July , 19 81 . The following members were
present: Ivor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Threinen

its adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-414
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR UNION CITY
MISSION (81033)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the division of unplatted land for
Union City Mission at the southwest corner of Zachary Lane and 36th Avenue
North;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following conditions
to be met prior to filing said Lot Division with Hennepin County:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required easement for utility and/or street purposes
as approved by the City Engineer.
3. Cross easement documents for Parcel A for ingress and egress
to be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney prior to
filing.
4. A 30 -foot wide easement shall be provided along 36th Avenue North
for trail purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
