Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 81-413
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR UNION CITY MISSION (81033)
WHEREAS, H. Leonard Boche, 3401 E. Medicine Lake Blvd., has requested a division
of unplatted property for Union City Mission within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following lot division
and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assess-
ment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by
Hennepin County:

To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
PARCEL A: That part of Government Lot 1 and 2, Section 23, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Government Lot 2; thence
on an assumed bearing of East along the north line of said Government
Lot 2 a distance of 1030.00 feet to the point of beginning of said
line; thence South 0 degrees 16 minutes 14 seconds West 600.00 feet;
thence South 45 degrees 32 minutes 37 seconds East 200.00 feet; thence
South 31 degrees 17 minutes 42 seconds East 256.86 feet more or less
to the east line of said Government Lot 2; thence southerly along

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon,the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
