Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was held on the
7th day of July , 19 81 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, councilmemberS Neils Schneider and Threinen

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 81- 410
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT AND PUBLISHING REZONING ORDINANCE
FOR "DEERWOOD MEADOWS PLAT THREE" FOR PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT RPUD 81-1 (A-784)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat, Development Contract and
Rezoning for "Deerwood Meadows Plat Three" as requested by Parklands Development;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat and publication of said Rezoning Ordinance:
I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum for this project.
2. Dedication of "Park" for public park and trail purposes as satisfaction
of Park Dedication requirements for this plat.
3. The Rezoning Ordinance shall be published upon filing of the final
plat.
4. Street names and numbers to comply with the City street naming system.
5. Compliance with applicable provisions of Section 9 of the Zoning
Ordinance relative to RPUD Final Plats.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
chneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in ravor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
