Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Niinneso a waseTd on the
7th day of July 19 81 . The following members were
present: r Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: __Councllmember Hoyt
ColinrilMem Cr_Ngils introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-409
APPROVING FINAL PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "DEERWOOD MEADOWS PLAT
THREE" FOR PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT, RPUD 81-1 (A-784)
WHEREAS, Parklands Development has requested approval of the Final Plat/Plan
for "Deerwood Meadows Plat Three", RPUD 81-1, consisting of 46 single family
residential lots, two outlots and park, located in the southeast quarter of
Section 11, westerly of Zachary Lane, and a Development Contract therefore;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval ; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Parklands Develop-
ment Company for Final Plat/Plan, approval for "Deerwood Meadows Plat Three" RPUD
81-1 for 46 single family lots, two outlots and park;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
f011owIng voted in favor -thereof: _ ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen .
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. —
