Council of the City of
Plymouth, innesota was held on the

CRuncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its�a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-405
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "GLEASON
NORTHSHORE TOWNHOUSES" FOR MAURICE McCAFFREY (A-752)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat for Maurice McCaffrey
for "Gleason Northshore Townhouses" consisting of fourteen condominium
townhouse units on that land previously subdivided as Tracts B, C and D,
Registered Land Survey No. 1493;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following conditions
to be met prior to filing the final plat for "Gleason Northshore Townhouses":
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The amended Homeowners Association bylaws shall be
reviewed and approved by the City Attorney.
3. The develapment is subject to previous approvals
of site plans and Development Contracts per Council
Resolution 77-577, 77-578, and 77-579.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Wun r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ming voted in favor thereof: Ma__yor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
