Cour Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-404
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR "GLEASON NORTHSHORE TOWNHOUSES" FOR MAURICE McCAFFREY
ON TRACTS B, C, AND D, RLS NO. 1493 NORTH OF GLEASON LAKE AND EAST OF DUNKIRK
LANE (A-752)
WHEREAS, Maurice McCaffrey has requested approval of a Final Plat for
"Gleason Northshore Townhouses" consisting of fourteen dwelling units on
that land previously subdivided as Tracts B, C, and D RLS No. 1493 north
of Gleason Lake and East of Dunkirk !ane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the Development Contract
covering the required improvements for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final plat for "Gleason
Northshore Townhouses" consisting of fourteen condominium townhouse units north
of Gleason Lake and east of Dunkirk Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ere— o Flavor Davenaort, Councilmembers Neils,
_Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
