Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was s�held on the
7th day of July , 19 81 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport,ounce me ers Neils, Schneider and Threinen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-403
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND VARIANCE FOR ROBERT AND CAROL BOSSMAN FOR
A 6.28 ACRE SITE LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF EAST MEDICINE LAKE
ROAD AND 30TH AVENUE NORTH (81031)
WHEREAS, Robert and Carol Bossman have requested approval of a preliminary
plat and variance for a 6.28 acre site for four lots and one outlot located
in the northeast quadrant of East Medicine Lake Road and 30th Avenue North,
the four lots to be utilized for single family dwellings; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a
duly called public hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve a preliminary
plat and variance for a 6.28 acre site for four lots and one outlot, the
four lots to be utilized for single family dwellings located in the north-
east quadrant of East Medicine Lake Road and 30th Avenue North subject to
the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of land dedication in
accordance with the Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time
the final plat is filed with Hennepin County.
3. No building permits to be issued until the final plat is filed
with Hennepin County.
4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
5. No development on any of the sites until municipal sewer and water
are physically available to the sites.
6. Variance from R-lA lot width of 110 feet to 70 feet for Lot 2 and
80 feet for Lot 3; no yard setback variances are granted or implied.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

0 following voted gvvmin favor thereof: _ Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
