RESOLUTION NO. 81- 398
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants
License has been received from John A. (Jay) Michels of Asphalt Specialties
Company, Lakeland, MN, to solicit asphalt driveway and parking lot surfacing
sales door-to-door in the City of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of John A. (Jay) Michels of
Asphalt Specialties Company for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants
License is approved for a period from June 22, 1981 through December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
