Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was held on the
22nd day of June , 1981 . The following members
were present: Acting M yor Neils, Councilmembers Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport & Councilmember Hoyt

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 396
APPROVING RENEWAL Or SET-UP LICENSES
1981-82
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Set Up Licenses have been received from
the following listed applicants for consideration of approval by the Plymouth
City Council, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 5, Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Set Up Licenses be renewed for the following for
a period from July 1, 1981 through June 30, 1982:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
