Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was he on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 81-395
APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
1981-82
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of On -sale Non -intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses have been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth
City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section
1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that renewal of On -sale Non -intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses be approved for a period from July 1, 1981 through June 30, 1982
for the following:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
